Full job description
Essential duties and responsibilities
Has clear vision of social media goals and aspirations
Responsible for scheduling and managing social media posts, coordinating with current listings, advice to sellers and buyers, utilizing clients stories`, latest houses on the market and following market trends.
Plan and execute podcast interviews, creating stories and content, editing podcast (podcast video as well)
Understands and knows how to utilize youtube, directs youtube content, posts youtube content
Manages social media promotions and post boosting
Manage back end lead generation from social media posts, follows up with owner and assistant to make sure leads area being managed
