Full job description
Multi-office firm serving families with children who have special needsPrimary practice areas are estate planning (with specific focus on special needs trusts and other planning tools for these families), guardianship, and benefits.
We are looking for an attorney who wants a lot of direct client contact and a lot of responsibility for each matter, but who does not want full time hours and who wants flexibility in their work scheduleWe do not require experience in our practice areas, but we do require someone with the right interest in the type of clients we work with.
We will train the right personWe provide lots of supportPay is based on the amount of work being handled, so monthly pay will vary and candidates must be ok with thisPay is a percentage of fees received from client (we are mostly a flat fee firm) with an extra percentage for clients brought in by the attorney.
You must have a current texas law license.
