Passiveinvesting.com is an investment firm focused on multifamily real estate, self-storage, and other risk adjusted asset classesOur current portfolio comprises $1b+ in aum and over 6,000 doors under managementWe are seeking a talented marketing and event coordinator to join our growing teamThis person will participate as member of a team of professional, dedicated employees managing internal and external marketing and event effortsThis is a demanding and diverse role that includes a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination and creative work.
Responsibilities
Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities.
Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; managing mailing lists to ensure event success.
Assist marketing and pr director in day-to-day activities
Manage content creation for social media accounts, including organizing cross-platform content strategies
Manage weekly webinars and podcasts including promotion and publishing of episodes
Design images and edit photos as necessary
Organize and maintain image database
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
Requirements
Creative and innovative thinker
Self-starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker
Proficient in adobe creative suite and microsoft office
Familiar with mailchimp, activecampaign or similar
Experience coordinating virtual and in-person events
Strong ability to multi-task with results-oriented mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
Must have a bachelors degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, event planning or similar role.
Willing to travel to events as needed (< 10%)
