The implementation manager is a master of the token rfid platform, client onboarding and execution; working to build and produce the best technology solutions for our clients, partners and eventsThe implementation manager has ownership and accountability for the technology, delivery, quality control and overall success of projects internal and external.
Our hire will be required to work 12pm-8pm (mon- thu) and 9am-5pm (fri) (pst) during the introductory period of at least 1-2 months.
As a implementation manager you will:
Be an expert in token and at least one other patron technology product.
Manage tier 0, tier 1, tier 2, and cross-sell client implementations; oversee the internal delivery process to ensure on-time and on-target implementation
Work independently and creatively to deliver exceptional client service
Manage and implement solutions as the main client contact or as part of a larger internal team based on project`s requirements
Build events for clients and/or project manage app builds
Onboard and train clients on patron technology’s suite of products
Collaborate with sales, account managers, project managers, product, sales engineers, design, finance, event operations, customer care, and marketing services to ensure all aspects of client implementation are completed.
Review, approve and work with client support for event builds and other work for clients where applicable
Engage fully with project managers to provide status and details of builds, coordinate and manage timelines to ensure products are built and deployed to the project’s requirements.
Clearly communicate progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Be an expert in our shared project management tool and a champion of our shared patron technology tools
Share creative solutions and ideas for new features, products and suggest workflow improvements with the sr implementation teams.
Collaborate with sr implementation to develop onboarding and training processes and documentation for clients; continuously improve processes and efficiency.
Contribute to our shared knowledge base & documentation on patron technology products & internal processes.
Travel onsite to events and represent patron technology onsite as needed
Understand product integrations
Report into event operations lead on project status related to token elementsEnsure event operations lead is aware of all roadblocks
Be an expert in token hardware and software required to execute live events
Work independently and creatively to deliver exceptional client service
Engage with our product teams to participate in development and qa testing for on-site applications
Experience & skills:
3+ years experience in the live events and/or saas industry
1-2 years client-facing project management experience
Able to work 12pm-8pm (pst) through the introductory period of at least 1 -2 months.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical and problem solving skills
Willingness to travel, including overnight, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to confidently interact with clients and professionals of all backgrounds
Ability to self-start and complete tasks independently
Capacity to execute multiple client implementations simultaneously
Highly organized and detail oriented, able to foresee operational issues before they occur
Possess a passion for creating live event experiences with an eye for improving the customer experience
