Conduct extensive user research with clients and customers (e.g., observation and in-depth interviews)
Build any combination of sketches, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and user flows that clearly communicate concepts to your teams, stakeholders, and users
Facilitate usability tests to rapidly improve and validate design decisions
Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to build a shared understanding of user needs, software behaviors, and strategic goals
Mentor and teach product designers best practices for conducting research, performing usability studies, and creating designs
Requirements to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorilyThe requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree in human computer interaction, interaction design, or related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience conducting ux research and usability tests
Proficient at wireframing, prototyping, and creating visual designs using a design system
Understands current web and mobile design standards, including accessibility
The ability to work collaboratively with others
Written, verbal, and visual communication skills along with a portfolio demonstrating your abilities and process
