As a recruiting coordinator, you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for peoplescout`s rpo clientsThe recruiting coordinator will provide support to the recruiting staff in coordinating all aspects of recruiting, tracking and monitoring candidate information, selection and hiring of new employeesThis position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process
Editing and opening requisitions to internal/external sites
Monitor staffing and recruiting inboxes
Performing special projects and preparing reports for submittal
Managing daily information/candidate data tracking
Providing information to the client as needed
Participating in client meetings/ conferences
Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a scheduler working in the recruiting industry.
Experience screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding preferred
Ability to work from home office during standard, monday through friday business days/ hours
Strong microsoft outlook skills and literacy in excel and word.
Understanding of recruiting principles
Experience with applicant tracking
Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast paced setting
Excellent customer service skills
Highly detail oriented
Ability to collaborate effectively with others
Ability to build strong relationships
Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner
Familiarity in working with deadlines
Applicant tracking system (ats) experience preferred
