Full job description
You must have prior personal injury case management experience and also with be able to handle a case file from intake to settlement or litigation to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
You must be able to handle all prelitigation aspects of a personal injury case file.
Schedule doctor appointments for clients
Open insurance claims
Open medi-cal/medicare/private insurance liens.
Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation that will help build a case
Collect and organize medical records.
Prepare files to submit to demand writers
Ability to handle property damage a-z
Must understand how to manage a case properly
* bilingual in spanish is mandatory* must know how to build a case properly and be organized to review medical records* must be detailed and organized
