Role: tech lead

Mandatory technical skills

As a lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (delivery/maintenance/testing) you may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / productYou are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.

 development of cloud native applications aligned 12-factor app design principles
 solutions on aws and document the architecture of all solutions
 10+ yrsOf experience in java/j2ee and related frameworks-based development, hardcore programming.
 3 years of experience leading aws enterprise implementations
 experience using lambda, cloudformation, dynamodb, iam, and other aws services
 strong working knowledge of git, github, and distributed version control systems
 strong hands-on experience using core java with jdk1.8
 should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with the following
 latest version of spring as core business logic implementer experienced in spring boot
 analytical and algorithmic solutions approach to handle complex implementations.
 design patterns such as factory, singleton, façade, observer, command, web services/rest patterns, along with

Java/j2ee
 development of micro services (rest) using spring boot
 spring cloud /netflix libraries`

Desirable technical skills

 experience with developing in agile teams
 resolve technical issues for designers and developers during project lifecycle
 excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills on java/j2ee technologies
 relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsPerforms a variety of tasks.
 perform unit and system testing of application code as well as execution of implementation activities.
 analyze business requirements and create technical design documents that are in accordance with the company s architecture standards.
 performs and/or leads design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of solutionDevelops basic and detailed program specifications.
 experience with security software and solutions`
