Full job description
This position is a dedicated part-time positionIt is expected that this position will require both onsite as well as remote workIt is anticipated that this position will grow as products are commercializedIt is anticipated that initially there will be between 5-15 hours per week.
The following are some of the duties that the position will require (sorted by most critical to more generalized):
Upload data files to appropriate folders
Oversee the document change request process
Capa, change control and deviation management system oversight
Investigate complaint root cause
Approve all final product specs
Create and track new documents being implemented
Track and record product complaints
Ensures that allergens are identified and included on the product labeling
Performs cmo audits every 2 years
Gather information in support of a recall
Sign quality agreements
Working with others evaluate the cause of ooss seen on stability
Lead the product quarantine process
Oversee the sample destruction process
Host fda inspection
Respond to fda observations
Ensure gmp training is in place
Notify fda if a recall may be needed
Working with others, categorize complaints as serious/non serious aes
Issue medwatch for saes
This is a dietary supplement manufacturing environmentExperience in dietary supplement or otc products preferred.
