Full job description
Piper companies is currently seeking a remote care manager for a growing and innovative patient support services company.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and supports to clients on a daily basis
Data entry, patient registration, insurance verification, running test claims, inbound calls from pharmacy and patients
Develop skills to answer client questions and maintain logs to ensure follow up
Communication of support issues to relevant departments
Obtain specialty prior authorization documents from doctors office
Qualifications:
1+ years of related experience is required
Experience in patient services is required
Strong customer service abilities
Proficient in microsoft office (word, excel, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
$17-20/hr
Full-time, permanent

8.00-4.30p, plus 1-2 closing nights 11.30a-8.00p
8.30-5.00p, plus 1-2 closing nights 11.30a-8.00p
9.30-6.00p, plus 1-2 closing nights 11.30a-8.00p
