Piper companies is seeking a remote client success manager for a well-known technology organization in the raleigh, nc areaThe client success manager will be responsible for assisting clients in training, onboarding, and support of applicationsThe ideal candidate for the client success manager will have excellent management skills.
Responsibilities for the client success manager include:
Support enterprise-level organizations across a diverse retail landscape
Train customers on applications and answer any support questions
Create presentation content and deliver results to marketing teams
Identify risks that are preventing customers from meeting objects and solve those risks
Requirements for client success manager include:
3+ years professional experience in either account management, project management, marketing consulting, or software sales
Prior experience working with clients in an analytical role
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Compensation of the client success manager:
Salary range: $80,000-$95,000 plus a comprehensive bonus and benefits package
