Piper companies is seeking a fully remote srConsumer banking project manager to join a premier credit union based out of tysons corner, vaThe srConsumer banking project manager will work in the consumer banking pmo to work cross-organizationally to stand up a variety of products.
Responsibilities of the srConsumer banking project manager include:
Lead a team of 10-15 people in the sdlc including product owners, business analysts, developers, etc.
Lead in a cross-organizational way, interacting with and influencing peer counterparts in marketing and i.t.
Design and lead projects to improve the user points of entry into a variety of internal and client-facing systems, with an emphasis on ux/ui
Work within an agile environment
Anticipate issues with digital projects, solve problems proactively through communication and regular expectation-setting
Document and accurately communicate to leadership, business owners and key stakeholders the project or program status and health including key milestones, financials, risk, issues and dependencies, change requests
Qualifications for the srConsumer banking project manager include:
Extensive experience/background in fraud, payments, deposits, credit cards, or consumer banking
Experience implementing and integrating digital banking platform solutions
Experience managing software and product projects designed for a digitally savvy consumer with an understanding of banking products and banking customer interactions
Track record in leading major transformational change across large, complex business and technology programs
Compensation for the srConsumer banking project manager include:
Salary range: $170,000-$200,000 + bonus package **depending on experience**
