Piper companies is seeking a fully remote technical recruiter to join a growing healthcare technology company.
Responsibilities of the fully remote technical recruiter include:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position needs and requirements
Manage timing expectations with transparency for both managers and candidates
Actively source candidates through job boards, networking, job fairs, referrals, and other creative candidate sourcing strategies
Track and report applicant flow and recruiting metrics
Maintain multiple roles with high efficiency and uncompromised quality
Qualifications for the fully remote technical recruiter include:
3+ years of experience in a technical recruiting role
Experience recruiting for software engineering and software developer roles
Comfortable using ats tools
Comfortable using talent sourcing tools such as linkedin
Compensation for the fully remote technical recruiter include:
Salary range: $110,000-$140,000 **depending on experience**
