Full job description
Piper companies is looking for an it recruiter for a leading residential retailerThis role is 100% remote – east coast hours are required.
Responsibilities:
Perform sourcing recruiting tasks such as posting positions, sourcing resumes, and overseeing all necessary onboarding steps
Populate new candidates, update profiles, and document all daily activity
Qualifications & skills:
3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience – corporate or agency
1+ years of experience in it recruiting
Prior recruiting experience working at a staffing firm, on a talent acquisition team, or within a human resources department
Relationship management skills – able to pay attention to details, communicate clearly and effectively, and handle challenges with ease
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, verbal, and negotiation skills
Familiar with kpis and working in a data-driven environment
Knowledge of various it skillsets: software engineers, infrastructure, devops, analytics
Compensation & benefits:
$35 - $45/hr w2
9-12 month contract to hire
100% remote (east coast hours required)
