Piper companies is seeking a qa engineer for a remote fulltime opportunity for an international it and defense corporationThe qa engineer will develop and execute manual and automated testing, review user interfaces for performance and design, and collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet software requirements.
Responsibilities of the qa engineer:
Design and implement new ui and api tests for software applications
Replicate user experience and customer problems in order to quickly resolve issues
Identify and document application bugs using tracking software
Work with software development teams to improve overall product quality within a set deadline
Qualifications of the qa engineer:
3+ years of software testing/development experience
Experience working in an agile environment
Intermediate programming experience
Experience utilizing testing frameworks (selenium, cucumber, .net) is a plus
The ability to work est hours
Must hold u.sCitizenship
