Piper companies is actively seeking a remote sourcing specialist for a large retail organization who can represent their software engineering and product management departmentThe technical sourcer will take part in developing a network of qualified candidates by utilizing successful sourcing strategiesThis is fully remote but must be able to work est hours.
Responsibilities of the remote sourcing specialis t:
Track and meet specified metrics to enhance the overall recruiting productivity in a timely fashion.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to build a qualified network.
Source candidates by networking, posting to job boards, creating boolean searches and employee referrals.
Qualifications of the remote sourcing specialist:
2-5 years of experience sourcing and recruiting within the it field
1+ years of experience sourcing technology skill sets
Experience recruiting and sourcing through various job boards and posting onto sites.
Highly motivated individual who can meet specific recruiting metrics
Compensation for the remote sourcing specialist:
Salary range: $60,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
