Piper enterprise solutions is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic technical sourcer for an exciting, remote opportunity with one of the leading home furnishing companies in the nationThe technical recruiter role is tasked with designing, building, and executing strategic sourcing plans to bring in top talent.
Responsibilities for remote technical sourcer:
Accountable for top of the funnel activity including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and pre-closing candidates within a highly competitive market, while informing business partners along the way
Create and sustain a passive talent pipeline through proactive market research
Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including internet sourcing, social networking, employing referrals, and job board mining
Track metrics and leverage data to lead personal performance and improve efficiency and use tools and systems to maintain data integrity throughout the recruiting process
Qualifications for remote technical sourcer:
3+ years of sourcing recruitment experience in a agency or corporate environment uses a variety of methods and sources
1+ year of experience pursuing technical talent, specifically software engineers
Strong organizational skills and comfortability in a data driven environment in which metrics guide decision-making
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Compensation and benefits for the remote technical recruiter:
$60,000-95,000, based on experience level
Contract to hire
