Piper companies is seeking a well-verse remote technical sourcing specialist in columbus, ohio to join a team supporting a commercial retail organization build their software engineering and product management departmentThe position is 100% remote for a popular retail company based on the east coast.
Responsibilities for the remote technical sourcing specialist:
Balance all aspects of recruitingThis would include job board and internet sourcing, social and event networking and validating employee referrals.
Maintaining a healthy network of active and passive candidates.
Manage processes of sourcing, evaluating candidates, pre-screening, and interviewing.
Qualifications for remote technical sourcing specialist:
3+ years of corporate or agency talent acquisition.
1+ year of high-level direct sourcing it and technical talent using multiple tools.
Experience managing candidate relations and communication with hiring management team.
Comfortable using metrics to manage personal productivity and reshape recruiting efforts independently.
Compensation and benefits:
Salary range: $60,000-$100,000
