Piper clinical solutions is actively seeking a study start up manager to join a well-established global clinical research organizationThis position is a remote/work-from-home.
Responsibilities for study start up lead:
Oversee multiple global clinical trials at a time through pre-study, site qualification, site activation and study start up.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure sites are activated on time, in budget and fully staffed.
Manage all documentation for the sites including auditing for regulatory compliance including, but not limited to, informed consent documents and case report forms.
Mentor and train junior study start up specialists.
Attend and participate in client meetings, kick off meetings, and investigator meetings.
Technical requirements for study start up lead:
Bachelor’s degree in biology, public health, nursing, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience working in study start up, site activation or monitoring activities for a clinical research organization.
Minimum 1 year of experience mentoring and training associate staff.
Excellent written, verbal, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation & benefits for study start up lead:
Compensation: $90,000-120,000 based on previous salary history and experience with a competitive bonus structure
