Zachary piper solutions is looking for a 100% remote- system operator for a large government integrator slated to win a government contract at the end of the calendar year! the system operator will be responsible for managing and administering a linux server experience for the client’s on-premises cloud infrastructure!
Responsibilities of the system operator include:
Troubleshooting with wireshark and other tools.
Administering virtualization technologies such as vmware, kvm, and hyper-v.
Ensuring proper security monitoring with the overall cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications of the system operator include:
Well-versed in the tcp/ip stack.
Strong grasp of nas protocols such as nfs, smb/cifs, and iscsi.
An in-depth understanding of orchestration tools such as ansible, puppet, and chef.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or field.
