Piper companies is seeking a senior technical sourcer (remote) for a well-established e-commerce organization to join their talent acquisition teamThe position will be 100% remote and will be sourcing for technical positions such as software developers, product development, front end developers, back end developers, & software engineers.
Responsibilities of the technical sourcer (remote):
Responsible for driving activity including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and pre-closing of candidates, while advising team and consultants along the way
Oversee all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including internet sourcing, networking, networking events, employee referrals and job board searches
Actively track metrics and leverage data to drive personal performance and efficiency
Maintain and build passive candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing
Work in collaborative environment with other partner’s, consultants, and leaders to continually meet production goals
Maintain data using various applicant tracking systems (ats)
Qualifications for the technical sourcer (remote):
2+ years of sourcing recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment.
1+ year of experience targeting technical talent; preferably software engineers, product owners, developers, product development, etc.
In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources
Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience
Compensation for the technical sourcer (remote):
$60,000-$100,000 annually based on years of relevant experience
