How you will do it
As a it auditor sr - data analytics you will plan, organize and complete it audits for our global locations to evaluate the company’s internal controlsIn this role you will be exposed to individuals at all levels throughout the organization and gain a wide breadth of experienceYou will work in a challenging and dynamic environment and play a critical role in impacting strategic goals and initiatives for the organization.
Key job accountabilities:
Identify and assess the company`s key risks as part of our it audit risk assessment
Develop audit programs to address identified risks
Direct and perform audits
Analyze internal controls and conduct sox audits with a value-add perspective
Monitor and assess progress on audit findings
Develop analytic dashboards
Additional accountabilities:
Draft audit reports
Collaborate with external audit to address issues and reduce audit risk
Occasional travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 10% - 15%)
Additional duties as assigned
Education/experience qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a business related field with a focus on information systems/professional auditing qualifications with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing (public or private) or equivalent experience is required.
Cisa and/or cpa certification; or be willing to attain professional certification within the first year
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
Other qualifications:
Experience in it auditing
Strong knowledge of professional standards such as cobit, nist, gaap, gaas and the institute of internal auditors’ standards for the professional practice of internal auditing and the code of ethics.
Experience in the use of audit software tools (i.eIdea or acl) preferred.
Advanced decision making, problem solving skills.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Very self-motivated and have a proven ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to make presentations to site management and corporate management, as may be required from time-to-time
Work environment:
The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
