Job summary:
Preferred cfo is an outsourced/fractional cfo firm providing premium finance and accounting assistance to growing and emerging companiesWe are seeking an experienced recruiting manager to find qualified individuals to fill the accountant, controller, and cfo roles we have available.
Essential functions:
Evaluate current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness
Modify current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed
Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
Regularly attend conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships
Review and select suitable job advertising options.
Conduct interviews with job applicants and create a shortlist of suitable candidates.
