Responsibilities: principal global investors is looking for product owners who are passionate about delivering digital products that enable our engineering, marketing, distribution and investment platform teams to promote, win and retain businessYou`ll guide strategic product vision, product discovery and roadmaps to maximize the customer and enterprise valueYou will guide, drive and execute holistic product strategy for assigned product(s) in alignment with strategic goals and objectives

Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
Product vision - know how your product fits into the bigger picture and help the product team understand how the work they do contributes to that vision.
Product strategy - understand what your product is out to achieve and participate in the creation of objectives and key results (okrs)Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to define how your product gets to where it needs to go.
Product discovery - fall in love with the problem to be solvedCollaborate with stakeholders and engineers by using discovery techniques that identify solutions based on value, viability, feasibility and usability.
Product delivery - identify and prioritize product features that solve our biggest problems and make the biggest impact to our businessLeverage feedback and data to influence product roadmap.
Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience required, plus at least 6 years related experience
Technical product ownership knowledge and experience
Experience in product management process skills and techniques
Superb communication required, including influencing, negotiating and relationship building
Strategic thinking, collaboration and decision-making skills required
Additional preferred technical experience:
Agile experience
Experience with modernization and transformation efforts
Additional information: hours this position may require on-call responsibilities.
