Experience in logistics
Impeccable editing, proofreading, and layout skills.
Strong writing skills, including a firm grasp of tone, audience, and clarityDeep understanding of english grammar and mechanics.
Salesforce, canva, and/or hubspot experience a plus.
No background in technology is required, but an interest in the field is important!
What you will be doing
Producing sales proposals, including both written documents and slide decks.
Editing and formatting sales documents (quotes, contracts, reports) to ensure accuracy, correct grammar, and style that reflects the company brand.
Maintaining and analyzing the sales pipeline using salesforce.
Providing proactive support for the sales team and holding teammates accountable to important deadlines.
Other marketing and communications tasks as assigned.
