Medicaid elder law attorney needs three-plus solid years of recent experience as an attorney in medicaid elder law in florida.
Salary $90k to $125k doe plus bonus.
Can work in aventura, plantation, or remote.
Details:
Looking to hire an elder law attorney with at least three years of solid florida medicaid-planning and estate-planning experience.
Experience with probate and guardianship would be a plus (but medicaid planning is essential)(please do not Apply Now if you do not have significant medicaid-planning experience).
Located near either our aventura or plantation office, to meet with clients as needed, would be a plus - but we are open to a fully remote position for the right candidate.
The candidate would not be expected to bring in business.
The job is full-time, but flexible hours.
The right candidate is either an associate at an existing elder law firm or maybe an experienced solo-practitioner who would rather just be a lawyer and not have to worry about running a law firm/networking/marketing/running payroll, etcIf a solo had a favorite legal assistant, would be open to hiring the team.
