Description:
Job scope: position is driving a company car that will be kept at employee`s house for individuals` appointments and comes with a gas card.
Projected start date: april 2021
Location: indianapolis indiana
Work hours: monday – friday, hours will vary according to assigned route (could start as early as 4:30am)
Requirements:
Responsibilities include:
Drives pme vehicle to transport eligible medicaid/medicare members to and from physician appointments.
Perform assigned daily transports in safe and timely manner.
Complete all paperwork required for transportation services.
Complete a daily inspection of assigned vehicle before start of the day.
Driver must be courteous, patient, and professional always, as well as neat and clean in appearance per the driver handbook.
Skills and abilities:
Ability to work independently.
Show up to work in a timely manner.
Take work orders from supervisor for client trip.
Drive clients to their destinations on time.
Assist clients as they get into and out of the vehicle.
Report back to the supervisor when clients have been dropped off at their destination.
Report traffic delays en route back to supervisor
Report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor.
Experience/education requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Pre-employment screening:
Criminal background, education, and drug screen
Hourly pay: $13.00
