As an it l ean coach on our it operational excellence team, you’ll enable and inspire progressive it leaders and teams to optimize the delivery of customer valueYou’ll play a key role in adoption of lean and agile principles, practices, and tools across the enterpriseBy collaborating with lean and agile coaches, you`ll develop best practices and methods for influencing transformational changeIn addition, you`ll leverage your expertise in coaching, facilitation, communications, change management, planning, and continuous improvement to support the business agility zone (baz) engagements as part of a delivery team or in broader support of the organization on the lean agile operations teamPeriodic travel may be required for coaching and training activitiesThis is a remote position or you may choose to work in our cleveland, oh or colorado springs, co office.
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor`s degree of higher in an information technology or business related discipline or related field of study (e.g., computer science, software engineering, mis, business management) and a minimum of eight years of work experience in lean, six sigma, process improvements and/or process redesign within it.
Instead of degree, a minimum of ten years related work experience as described in above bullet point.
Preferred skills
Strong experience coaching others including executive levels of leadership on lean and agile principles/practices/tools
Experience facilitating process improvement initiatives using various techniques (pdca, a3, dmaic, etc.)
Proven track record of leading others through significant change & experience with organizational change management frameworks (e.gAdkar)
Experience leading an organization in adoption of a new management system (e.g., visual management, stand-ups/huddles, weekly goal setting, problem solving, go-sees, leader standard work)
Compensation
$92,004-$131,478/year
