As an insurance sales agent for home and auto, you’ll take inbound calls from customers interested in buying insuranceStrong relationship-building skills and a desire to provide exceptional customer service are preferred as you help our continued growth as a multi-product insurance providerThere’s no cold calling involved, and we’ll provide paid training along with continued coaching as you learn the nuts and bolts of home and auto insuranceMust live within the state of ohio.

Inbound business insurance team specialize in taking inbound calls from customers for a variety of business insurance needs
Must-have qualifications
Two years of post-secondary education or higher
Instead of the above, a minimum of two years relevant work experience
Property & casualty license; if not already licensed, license will need to be obtained during training (must remain compliant with licensing requirements)
Schedule: most schedules will include a weekend day and evening hours after completion of training
Training starts: october and november 2021
Compensation
$16.50 - $18.50/hour for inbound sales reps and $18.00 - $20.15/hour for multi- product and business insurance agents
Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours
