Job responsibilities:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology (our people tools), features, and usage
Act in the capacity as a project manager to facilitate a holistic experience for the client
Conduct effective welcome calls and weekly touch point meetings with client and applicable team members
Create implementation timeline and utilize implementation workbook to efficiently service clients
Analyze client needs and provide recommendations for additional features that can be utilized
Schedule and coordinate the implementation process for a timely setup
Extract and manipulate client data to import into proliant system
Manually enter important data where required
Balance each check date’s wages and tax liabilities as well as to quarterly returns
Thorough review and verification of all aspects of the implementation process
Test interfaces to ensure they are set up properly
Perform parallel payroll against client’s existing reports and make corrections as necessary
Coordinate system training with training department and client
Ensure there is a smooth transition from implementation to service for successful payroll processing
Coordinate communication with key personnel and departments throughout the entire implementation process
Excel in customer service and payroll knowledge to ensure all new clients are highly satisfied.
Attend training to continuously stay abreast of system and industry changes
Provide first and second payroll support until the client is transitioned to the customer service representative
Other job duties as assigned
Job requirements:
3 years of previous payroll service implementation experience
Large client with multi-faceted services implementation experience
Come in to work every day with a positive and uplifting attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Aptitude and desire for continuous learning
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment in a massively growing industry
Ability to think outside the box and bring ideas to the table
Ability to meet deadlines and meet customer expectations
Love good technology
Compensation: dependent on experience
