Promet source is looking for an experienced marketing manager to join our team remotelyThe marketing manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns that support business objectives, lead acquisition, and foster customer retentionThis person will support in business development and sales and lead our brand buildingIn this position, the marketing manager will maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market while identifying opportunities for new products and services.
The ideal candidate for this role has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a teamThis person will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, while thriving on tight deadlines and changing needs.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for partner marketing, email marketing and content marketing
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, ltv and retention
Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
Work with internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
Generate 4 million dollars in leads per year
Report on analytics by combining tracking data from several data sources to determine roi
Internal website owner and know how to manage and lead a company website with some knowledge of seo
Managing events and conferences
Requirements and qualifications:
Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
Strong project management skills
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
Prior experience managing associates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to create and adhere to budgets
We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in marketing, has a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or similar, and is familiar with the following software/tools:
