Summary
The test quality analyst will review and validate computerized exam functionality to ensure the creation of an accurate, functional, high quality final product that will give candidates the best possible examination experienceYou will need to be able to work on multiple projects at once, track and meet deadlines, and have a good eye for detail and accuracy, all while being able to think outside the box and look for new ways to improve our processes and qualityOrganization and strong communication skills are a must.

Knowledge & skills
As an experienced professional in the quality control or quality assurance field, you’ll have a basic understanding of xml, html, and a thorough understanding of all testing aspectsYour technical ability and attention to detail is supported by previous experience in qa/qc and demonstrable knowledge of the fieldYou will interpret requirements, develop and execute test cases, discover, raise and manage defects, track projects throughout the software lifecycle, perform manual and automated testing, and act as the gatekeeper to ensure that our products do what we say they will do! experience in any of the following tools is desirable: team foundation server/visual studio, salesforce, and/or sequel studio.
You will be that rare individual who possesses both technical expertise and the skill to share your knowledge with those around youYou will be critical to ensure successful implementation and adherence of internal and industry standards and best practices for software testingYou will have excellent communication and relationship skillsThe desire to learn new skills and assist in areas outside of the qa/qc field is a plus.
Qualifications & experience
Education
Hs diploma
Experience
1-3 years of prior experience in a qa/qc position
Experience with functional testing and test case creation
Familiar with the microsoft family of products and at least one project and defect tracking system
Skills
Ability to work with and communicate effectively with peers, both locally and globally
Ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgement
Demonstrates problem solving skills and troubleshooting abilities
Organized, detail oriented, and flexible
Ability to work on multiple projects at once whilst maintaining focus and accuracy
Able to assess and interpret project requirements
Proactively identifies, communicates, and tracks potential issues and solutions
