The role
The director of product management for our fulfillment is responsible for ensuring we’re building the right things to drive more scale and productivity into our fulfillment servicesFulfillment services are our core differentiator and so this role has lots of strategic impactYou will lead a talented team of product owners and partner with the director of engineering to deliver valuable and quality services to our community bank customers.
What you will do
Seek out opportunities to deliver value to our customers and our business
Set the vision and strategy needed to deliver industry leading fulfillment services
Grow and mentor a team of product managers and owners
Setup the goals, plans, frameworks and cross-org contracts that allow your pms to execute better
Create the shared understanding needed to enable aligned, self-managed teams
Own the product success metrics for fulfillment

Salary range:
Salary range for this role is $75,000 - 95,000 per year
