Full job description
Follow the design and implementation of qa plans for the project
Ü ability to identify, understand and give high priority to customer needs, anticipating and suggesting solutions to internal and external customers in a helpful, friendly and honest manner, client advocate
Ü ability to lead the assigned module/project and team mentoring
Ü status reporting, identification for risks, mitigation and intimation to stakeholders
Ü managing process documents
Ü work with development teams to help them adopt sound, quality practices
Ü build and maintain qa systems and procedures
Ü track quality defects and ensure they are resolved and validated
Ü provide input into the design, engineering, integration, and ensuring quality is built-in.
Ü interacting with the client
Ü experience in scrum agile/waterfall
Ü must be willing to do longer overlap us est working hours as required
Unique knowledge & skill requirement
Ü 7+ years hands on experience in project management
Ü good knowledge of java and selenium
Ü good to have automation experience using selenium
Ü good knowledge in web services, xml/json
Ü ability to create/manage automation frameworks
Ü experience on any database oracle / sql server and well versed in sql query creation
Ü insurance domain knowledge
Ü excellent understanding of manual testing and various sdlc methodologies
Ü must have hands on experience in api and db validations
Ü understand the requirements (business & technical) for the insurance application
Ü good understanding of data warehousing concepts would be preferred
Ü knowledge of data warehousing concepts would an added advantage
Ü excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ü strong quality and documentation skills.
Ü good organizational and time management skills
Ü excellent people management skills.
Ü demonstrated proficiency in adopting new technologies
Ü good to have loma certification
