Responsibilities
Recruit bcbas, psychologists, and leaders for clinics (our clients) using your expertise and professional recruiting tools (linkedin recruiter, etc.)
Work in an ats and continuously grow the candidate database
Source and reach out to potential candidates daily
Submit candidates to clients and support them through the interview and hiring process
Conduct video interviews and talk with candidates via email, linkedin, calls, texts
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting
Successfully recruited for and filled a minimum of 50 professional & executive-level positions in your career
3+ years of sourcing candidates on linkedin
Experience recruiting bcbas
Preferred
Experience recruiting in medical or behavioral health space
Experience recruiting executive level positions
Compensation
$36,000 salary + commission + bonus = estimated $55,000 - $65,000
