Software quality assurance engineer description:
Qualitylogic is seeking a junior software quality assurance engineer to join our operations teamThis job is well suited to individuals who have experience with software quality assurance or software developmentOur qa engineers create software test automation scripts that programmatically test products, build scripts that are used to load test websites, and implement unit tests within software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have programming skills in at least one of the target languages, an eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
Software quality assurance engineer required qualifications:
Development experience.
Competent programming experience in at least one of the following languages: apple swift, kotlin or java
Formal education in software development or relevant work experience
Ability to read and write sql database queries
Strong analytical skills
Customer focus and relationship building, including demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
Have a positive, “can do” attitude
Software quality assurance engineer preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as rspec, xcui test, espresso
Experience building test automation
Version control systems like git
