This is a commission only position.
No experience is necessaryWe assist with training to obtain the appropriate license for your state.

Responsibilities:
Help build, grow, and promote our business.
Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources.
Evaluate business and individual client needs, financial status and situation in order to propose protection plans that meet their criteria.
Insure fulfillment of policy requirement.
Report progress of personal initiatives to management.
Skills:
Self-motivated, with a drive to succeed.
Desire to help people and make a difference.
Be coachable and follow established systems.
Comfortable speaking on the phone and over zoom.
