Rss insurance is a successful and growing colorado insurance brokerage that provides a broad array of property and casualty, life, health & employee benefits products and servicesWe are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual who is seeking a long-term opportunity to be part of a great group of professionals.
Specifically, we are hiring for a full time personal insurance csr/account manager to assist in the placement and policy management of our growing client base.
Typical responsibilities to include: quoting, policy servicing, application preparation and follow-up, producer support, creating and maintaining client files, client data, and other clerical duties as assignedThis is an inside service position with no/limited travel requirementsAn excellent phone presence and willingness to work as part of a team are critical to the position.
Skills required - *current colorado p/c insurance license required*
We need a fast learner that possesses:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong computer skills (ms word, excel and outlook)
Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with paperless office concept, document scanning, email, etc.
A positive, professional and team centered attitude.
Qualifications, education and/or experience:
High school diploma/ged (required) and
Colorado p/c insurance license (required)
Minimum 4+ years insurance experience
Experience with applied systems helpful
Compensation: $45k+ based on experienced and qualifications
