Run studios is in search of a motivated recording production specialist to join our busy video production team!
The ideal candidate will be a well-organized multitasker who is detail-oriented, articulate, and a fast learnerYou`ll enjoy being part of a fast-paced production team in a key support role.
This is a contract position, hours will vary depending on projects.
As a production assistant, you will:
Record remote presentations in multiple languages using teams and obs
Perform pre-record technical checks with the presenter to ensure quality lighting, bandwidth, and audio
Work with foreign language production assistants to facilitate recordings that may be in a language you don’t speak.
Take light notes throughout the recording to assist editing down the line
As an applicant, you bring:
Experience with teams and obs
Top-notch interpersonal skills
Experience with remote recordings
Very fast hardwired internet (the job cannot reliably be done over wifi)
Fast desktop/powerful laptop required for handling high-quality remote recordings
Obsessive attention to detail
Bonus if you have:
Any second language fluency(particularly french, german, portuguese, korean, or japanese)
Able to work in gmt +/- 2 hours and/or china standard time +/- 2 hours
