We are hiring a staff recruiter with experience recruiting property claims adjustersYou will source and recruit property claims adjusters nationwideMust have experience recruiting both independent and staff adjusters.

Responsibilities
Work directly with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop long-term recruiting goals
Proactively build recruiting pipeline through all channels: in-person events, social media marketing, job boards
Champion technology to create competitive edge in reaching a high-demand talent pool
Constantly interviewing with a focus on landing top talent
Provide prompt analytical feedback on recruiting goals
Influence onboarding process; seek and measure candidate feedback on how company can continuously improve this process
Additional related task as assigned
Requirements
Strong work ethic, well organized, analytical
Independent innovative self-starter who finds solutions to all challenges
Technical proficiency with social media, job boards, and all relevant recruiting platforms
Entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation
3-4 years of experience with property claims adjuster recruiting
Superb communication skills, both verbal/written
