Like selling health insurance but tired of not having year round work?
We are hiring for direct hire year round employees!
We are looking for health insurance agents to join our team! you will be responsible for medicare plans and supplementary insurance plansThere will be training to get you familiarized with our insurance products so that you can provide customers with knowledge and exceptional customer service.
Agents will receive a base pay and will also be able to receive monthly bonusesMonthly bonuses can be acquired through attendance, quality of service, and achieving the required sales quotas set forthQuotas will be adjusted according to volume to better optimize your opportunities to achieve your bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Speak with clients to address needs and concerns
Utilize tools and resources available to educate consumers of available products
Act as a liaison between insurers and clients
Submit forms and follow up with pending business
Qualifications:
Must have a current and active health insurance license
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior sales experience a plus
Proficient with microsoft office
Strong communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
