We are seeking a remote dispatch supervisor
As a remote dispatch supervisor, you will care for a fully remote team of dispatchers who support rad mobile and retail service teams across north america with scheduling and communications through email, ticketing, and phonesYou will coordinate their efforts, liaise with other departments, and ensure continuous development with training and process improvementWeekend availability is required.
We are looking for:
Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced technical environment such as a call center or service operation
Strong drive to learn and support learning in others
Strong drive to organize and build scalable, repeatable processes
Experience and ability to navigate across multiple business units
Bike knowledge not required, but highly valued
