Position: marketing coordinator

The marketing coordinator will assist in the execution of marketing and communications tactics to strengthen the radiation business solutions brand, as well as that of the company’s cancer centersThis role provides comprehensive support and assistance with day-to-day department activities, exercising independent judgment and creativityThis is a hybrid in-office / remote role.
Under the supervision of the manager of marketing and communication, the marketing coordinator will be responsible for:
Creative and production
Write, edit, and proofread copy for a variety of purposes (e.g., publications, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, internal announcements)
Collaborate with external designers to create advertising and collateral material while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines
Produce powerpoint presentations as needed for marketing as well as other departments
Digital marketing/web
Schedule/coordinate photo and video shoots through external agencies
Responsible for social media presence including but not limited to the frequent and accurate posting of content, replies to messages and reviews
Responsible for updating all company websites and ensuring they are operating correctly
Monthly analytics and performance reporting statistics for all sites
Manage & host zoom webinars
Other
Mailing projects
Crm maintenance
Other administrative duties as required
Required qualifications
Education - ba in technology, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
Understanding of digital and social media metrics (including google analytics proficiency).
Demonstrated strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Demonstrated computer skills are required, including microsoft word, powerpoint, excel, as well as wordpress
Health care industry experience a plus.
Graphic design experience a plus.
