Description:
Raventek is seeking a senior business analyst to be assigned to the enterprise command operations, ehrm team must have experience working in an enterprise-level team tasked with development, design, engineering, and deployment of monitoring solutions for critical ehrm applicationsThis experience must illustrate ability to identify business and technical requirements, tools, and service options, including tools, technique and tactic options analysis, data ingestion, aggregation, visualization and display options, operations integration such as alerting, notification and intelligent ticket generationMust have extensive it experience in the operational analysis and evaluation of information systems performance using enterprise monitoring tools and 24/7/365 performance monitoring teamsMust be well versed in understanding structured analysis and design methodologies for the translation of systems performance to business/operational impact.
Requirements:
Required security clearance: us citizen or have h-1b visa, with the ability to obtain a public trust.
Primary responsibilities:
Responsible for full sdlc for monitoring solutions for each assigned ehrm interface to include capture, translation and documentation of user, business, service, dashboard functional and tools and data technical requirements
Responsible for accepted integration of monitor solutions into operation teams such as mim, event management and other service/support organizations
Understands problems in business context to identify potential points of failure with underpinning technology, it service and infrastructure to apply effective and efficient monitoring solutions based on identified operational and service risk.
Reviews and updates business, service, and technology specific dashboard views, to provide a tailored display of captured, aggregated, correlated and/or causal events and related performance measures and metrics.
Ensure forthright communication and coordination of proposed monitoring solutions with business and oit leadership acting as central point of contact between tools/technology, service owner and oehrm business customers.
Must be responsive to technology/tool staff and customer initiatives and requirements.
Participates in project management activities/meetings as related to monitoring solution release and development
Responsible for the maintenance and development of performance data collection and reporting (dashboards).
Provides liaison to oit enterprise leadership, business customers and end users
Qualifications requirements:
Operational experience with service now, solar winds, splunk, appdynamics, and aternity it monitoring toolsets.
Experience and demonstrated fluency in systems analysis and design
Required education and experience:
A bachelor’s degree in operations research, mathematics, computer science, cost accounting or related scientific or technical discipline with 5 years of experience13 total years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.
