Resource pro is looking for a detail-oriented, strategic senior compensation specialist to join our human resources teamThis role will focus on leading the compensation structure for u.sStaff at all levels, analyzing current market trends and providing recommendations to leadershipThis role will also maintain detailed headcount compensation reports, and collaborates with the finance team, developing and preparing reports and presentations to stakeholdersThis individual is crucial to ensuring that resource pro continues to attract and retain top talent by offering competitive compensation packages and safeguards the financial health of our organization.
This position can be based remotely anywhere in the u.s., with a preference for candidates based in nebraska.
The role:
Prepares headcount compensation and other financial reports, and delivers results to stakeholders
Leads the development of our u.sCompensation structure, conducting market research and providing recommendations
Manages the position leveling process to ensure accurate and consistent job review and ensures titles are used consistently
Collaborates with the talent team to conduct compensation reviews and analysis to evaluate current structure
Supports the development of executive-level compensation packages and structure, and variable compensation structures for business development
Support benefits and compensation projects and initiatives that may span across the hr function
Qualifications:
5-7 years’ hr experience with a focus on compensation programs required
2-4 years’ experience working with a compensation budget
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field required
Shrm-cp, phr, or other hr- or compensation-related certification preferred
Fully proficient in advanced excel
Strategic thinker with strong business acument
Exceptional detail-orientation and organization skills
Project management skills and change management skills
Ability to present to individuals at the executive level
