Real marketing solutions is looking for a part-time mortgage copywriter (15-20 hours per week) to write blog, email, and social media copy for our mortgage clienteApplicants must submit writing samples or a portfolio of applicable work to be considered for this position.
Requirements:
Must have three years of mortgage copywriting experience and have a portfolio of writing samples in this line of work to be considered.
Understand the voice, personality, and brand of our clients and write content that aligns with all three.
Be able to manage a calendar of content due dates for each client they work with.
Create seo-optimized blogs on mortgage-related topics using ranging from 700 to 1300 words.
Must be knowledgeable of seo best practices and be able to facilitate seo research to help guide content strategy using semrush.
Work with the content editor on suggestions and revisions to get content ready for final sign-off.
Need to be available during the day monday-friday to facilitate work requestsFlexible working hours.
Copywriting will include writing blogs, emails, social media posts, and social media ads.
Must be able to turn content in a reasonable time frame: 48 hours for social media postsEmails and blogs come with a 4-7 day turn time.
Great attention to detail.
Have a creative writing style—professional but funMust be engaging for readers.
