Recurly is a leading subscription management platform at the forefront of the booming `subscription economy`We power subscriptions for clients like slingtv, cbs interactive, barkbox, and many more! we are looking for a marketing data analyst to help us get more insights into our marketing pipeline and take our reporting to the next level.

What you`ll be doing*
As a marketing data analyst, you`ll be working with marketing ops and the demand generation team to gain insights into our prospect and customer base, helping to optimize and identify ways to improve customer acquisition and retentionYou’ve got marketing processes down pat, understand how our sales partners do business, and know what goes into running marketing programs, campaign structure, datasets, and get a kick out of analyzing marketing dataUltimately, you will help us ensure we spend our budget efficiently, we are targeting our audience through successful cross-channel campaigns, and hold us accountable by reporting on what we get back for the effort put in.
Responsibilities
Analyze sales funnels and customer intent data
Measure roi of online and offline advertising campaigns
Report on marketing kpis like leads, account engagement, conversion rates, website traffic, social media engagement, more
Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
Recommend website and campaign optimizations
Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for better targeting and positioning
Requirements
Previous work experience as a marketing analyst or similar role
Expertise in google analytics and/or tableau, looker or equivalent bi tool
General understanding of marketing campaign structure and taxonomy
Familiarity w/ automation platforms such as marketo (or equivalent), salesforce
Good knowledge of ms excel
Good knowledge of sql
Familiarity w/ customer data platforms such as segment a plus
