We are seeking a capable, intelligent, and motivated individual to join our team full-time as a marketing specialist at a busy mortgage lender based in freehold, njWe’re looking for a true go-getter who will work on increasing brand awareness, fully own the development of our marketing content, and help our sales team develop their individual voices via social media.

Job accountabilities
Ability to work independently and learn quickly
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay one step ahead at all times
Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and crm system management
Create, proofread, and edit content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice and look.
Assist with developing and managing social media marketing programs for the corporate page and that of individual sales team members.
Work with vendors & local organizations to tailor our sponsorship programs effectively
Job requirements
Bachelor`s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Unparalleled communication skills
Experience with salesforce and google analytics preferred.
