Our new redfinnow division brings a higher level of convenience and certainty to the home-selling process by purchasing homes directly from homeownersAs an investment specialist for redfinnow, you’ll ensure that redfin makes well-priced offers and so we can resell and at a predictable profit, while delivering an excellent experience for every customer.
The role:
Virtually value homes with uncanny accuracy utilizing an arsenal of tools, coupled with your market analysis expertise.
Determine initial renovation scope and/or improvements based on customer provided information and data points from our system.
Work closely with redfin home selling advisors, asset managers and partners to craft compelling offers and profitable renovation projects.
Work remotely and complete virtual valuations for multiple markets.
Skills & experience:
Preferred real estate license and/or experience as an agent, appraiser, or residential investor.
Ability to quickly and precisely identify a home`s value.
Ability to stay organized and on top of every detail while crafting a high volume of offers.
Strong communication skills; specifically writing and phone.
A love of working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to handle change and high-pressure situations.
Ability to work weeknights and weekends, depending on the business needs.
