Position overview
Under
The general direction of the learning and development manager, the learning and
Development specialist- service will be responsible for supervising the
Training processes at the operational level including developing and
Facilitating modules to the operational team.there is a special emphasis
In this role on the service and maintenance aspectsAs such, you will be
Expected to act as a redwood brand ambassador, promote our brand and provide
The best resident experience possible.

Essential duties &
Responsibilities
Facilitate training sessions for
Site level teams.
Develop and
Deliver in person, interactive maintenance workshops.
Develop ongoing
Training programs and content for the neighborhood service teams.
Partner with
Vendors to build relationships and opportunities for training.
Provide trainees with proper tools
To facilitate the variety of service team member expectations.
Teach, train, and
Coach current mentors and neighborhood service specialist the correct
Onboarding items and how to properly onboard new team members.
Collaborate with
Other departments to bridge gaps to ensure training needs are met.
Attend staff
Meetings, meetings with supervisor, and additional training opportunities
As needed.
Follow all safety
Standards at all times, without exception.

Qualifications, education & certifications
Hs diploma or ged
Required

1-3 years of training experience or 2-3 years of
Property management maintenance experience.

Trade certification preferred

Universal epa/hvac certification required

Proficient in microsoft office suite

Must be located in detroit, mi, cincinnati, oh,
Dayton, oh, or cleveland, oh areas
